God never intended for us to live in isolation. That’s why we encourage everyone at Wellspring City Church to join a small group. It helps us build a community and makes us grow closer to Christ.

Wellspring City Church has an engaging vision to minister to our community through the provision of personal assistance in all forms possible. We do this through the giving of money, goods, and services to several local agencies and individuals in need.
It is our goal to bear witness to the word of Jesus when he said, “I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in”.
We are committed to creating a passion for mission work and outreach in the congregation by presenting worthwhile projects and seeking their support, as well as helping the congregation to grow to the point of investing their time and resources in mission opportunities. We develop mission and outreach awareness in the congregation through all available forms of communication.

Pastor

Wole Olowolayemo was born in Nigeria. He relocated with his wife Bimpe to the United States in 1996 and has lived in the Houston area ever since. Their marriage is blessed with three beautiful children; Lolade, Tubosun and Ebun.

As a new immigrant, Wole recalls his personal struggle as he settled into the American life. Like the story of many immigrants, starting afresh from nothing was not a cakewalk.

However, with unrelenting determination and faith in God; Wole survived those early years of struggle. He now carries the scars of survival as a badge of honor. Wole is convinced that he has a unique gifting and perspective to encourage, give hope and mentor people feeling the pressure of the American dream.

Have you ever wanted merchandise or product so bad that you couldn’t wait to get them paid for in cash? I have! In a lot of cases, I wanted it so badly that I bought the product on credit. Over time, however, that once cherished product is “parked” in the garage, or it becomes an item I can’t wait to get rid of.

Local and International Missions

Wellspring City Church partners with multiple local and international mission organizations through serving opportunities and financial support.
